As a fast growth business, Surgical Capital Solutions wanted to professionalize their market presence and develop a more formal sales program. Joining the company as Director of Business Development, James Casale worked with the leadership team to understand the key value proposition for the company and target market. Working with an outside designer, they developed new branding elements , website, and a marketing packet. James also worked directly with the CEO to develop a detailed prospectus for potential financing partners. He set up a basic sales CRM to begin tracking sales activities and pipeline.
James also was instrumental in securing a $6 million portfolio investment at a critical point in the the companies growth plan. He later secured a number of new health provider accounts to contribute to the overall company client base.
